It will be interesting to see if they have a boat at the Chicago show in January. They always had a presence at that show in years past. The offshore market is pretty much in the toilet right now so it will be interesting to see if they are truly going to start making boats again. If they do start producing boats again you have to wonder how much success they will have. I wish nothing but the best for them.

My guess is the availability of funds may limit them to the local shows. The Chicago show get's smaller and smaller every year. It seems its pretty much driven by the small open bow class. But than again they all seem like that in our area.

I live 1.2 miles from the plant and rive past it a few times a week. It seems like there was more activity around the building 2 months ago than there was before. Although there are cars in the parking lot every day. Last I talked to them they were concentrating more on organizing the assets of the company and liquidating a majority of the old merchandise thats been packed in the building for years. He did say they were interested in producing a few boats. There primary objective with the boats themselves were to start using stronger, lighter, and higher quality building materials for constructing the hulls. I'll keep you guys posted if hear anything.
