Default Need info/opinions on 237 Stryker

Theres a 1998 Powerquest 237 Stryker for sale locally that i'm interested in. Don't really know much about the brand or the boat and was hoping some owners might give me their opinions, thoughts, suggestions, ect. Any notorious problems with these models? Interested to hear what everyone has to say.

Friend of mine owned one years ago and it was a great boat! Very solid and great ride for its size.

Do you remember if it had the 454? If so what was performance like?

350mag and I believe it ran low 50's. It could have handle more power with no issues at all.

Early 90's 290's were built very well.

I had a 237 with a 454 in it.. was great in waves, decent speed. It is a somewhat heavy boat, but i would take another one all day long.. No real issues with it, just minor ones that all boat owners have.

No $hit!!! That's a helluva deal. I've got a 91 Enticer and it's a great boat and built like a battleship. Not a single spider crack anywhere! Someone needs to jump on that!!!
