garboard drain sealant?

OK, I posted this in general tech questions with no response so I'm hoping my fellow PQ owners will have an answer for me. I know its a pretty simple fix but I want to do it correctly and Somebody has to know what to use.

What is the proper sealant to use when replacing the garboard drain? 4200, 5200 or will below water line marine silicone work fine?
