We looked at both last year. The 320 seems to feel like you're sitting down in the boat while the 330SS feels like the cockpit isn't quite as deep. I think the 320 has a little more deadrise, too.
We'd have bought the PQ320 if it hadn't spent some time in the saltwater. We ended up with a 330SS and love it. They don't have the aft cabin if that is what you're wanting, but we can get 60mph on the GPS if we try with 496 Mags (not HO)..

Here's our RPM v MPH results, and we average a bit less than 25 GPH on a typical tank of gas, cruising 2800 to 3600 depending upon water conditions.

I have Smartcraft on my boat which will give the g/hr fuel burn, this is something I should do it as well, makes for interesting reading.

We don't have Smartcraft, but I wish we did just for the GPH feature. So far we are tracking all the fuel and will arrive at an average GPH for our average cruise/boat use manner. Still, the Smartcraft would be better, but we have some repairs we need first so it is out of the question...
