Don't get me wrong, they are nice, but the pocket book would like the 7.4's as well. It would maybe get used more if it had those. lol.

I bought a new 1998 Enticer in the fall of 1997 and had it for 8 years. It had Weber carbureted 7.4’s with 25p Mirage pluses and the best I recall seeing on the G.P.S. was 67-68 MPH. I don’t see how the same boat with stock 502mpi mags would get close to 80 GPS. At an extra 100hp a side and roughly 20hp per MPH I’m thinking mid 70s.

This is balls on to a buddy's '97 290 with carb 7.4L's. His only mod has been Edelbrock Performer Air Gap intakes, 4150 Holley's, and BBlade worked 25" Mirage Plus props. He can tickled 70 MPH in absolute perfect conditions.
