A notch transom does not mean it is stepped it means the area where your waterplugs on trans is set back about 10inchs I believe all profiles run notch trans

Not sure what you mean, the transom is straight down with no insets.

2005 33v profile
I have owned 2 profiles, a cat with 575 merc. no troble with boat did have drive trouble merc. fixed concern and Randy and Debbie were very helpful. Traded for a 33v with twin 575 its drive system great boat it is a 2005 model. What little concerns I have had Randy and Debbie were helpful in every way!!

I beleive only the 37 38 & 40 have the notched transome.
