4 blade? 5 Blade? Baja needs some cruising speed.
I have a Baja 240 with a basicly stock 454 mag. I am running what I am told was a 21" mirage that has been worked to about a 23" (Any way to check that?).
The boat pulls 62.2 on gps @ 4900 with almost no gas a 2 people. I think that is about all I can get for top end with the power it has, but I would be willing to give up a couple MPH on top for a gain in the 3500 rpm range. Which props should I try? A 4 blade? 5 Blade?

I'm not completly sure. I have read that the Baja 24 handles better with a 4 blade then it does with a 3. I have personally never tried any other props on this boat.

Your top end slip #'s are fine for your hull design. The bottoms of these boats have maintained the same design for years. They have changed the X dimensions as of the past few years. Your mid range numbers would tell us how much your efficacy is decreasing in that area.
9 out of 10 times the mid range cruise speeds will increase with the Bravo 1 on your boat. In this particular case, I don't think it will be a large gain. You will more than likely see an identical loss on the top end.
These boats like bow lift.

The 24's have extreme hooks on the outer chines holding the nose down. Shave them off or fill them foward and the nose will fly with less trim. The hook is so big you dont need a straight edge to see them. It worked on 2 24's that I know of.

I was spinning a 23 Mirage+ to 5400-5500 rpms on a 24 Outlaw. I tried a 24 Bravo 1 and gained about 4mph at cruise speeds and spun it to 5200. Lost about 3 mph on the top end, but the boat was much better outta the hole and much more stable.
