Brett Anderson; Props Selection Donzi 38ZFC
Just purchased a Donzi 38ZFC with tripple 275 Verados. Props are Bravo I, 22P. Maximum RPM (all tilting done correctly) is 6150. Max speed is 60MPH (GPS). Top speed is supposed to be in the Upper 60s. Any recommendation on improved propping of the Boat. Should I consider going to the 23 P Revolutions or getting Lab Bravo Is.
Thanks

What a beautiful boat! Let's go fishing!
You are running quite officiant right now. If you like the way the boat carries and handles, using the existing propellers is a great idea. If we modify the template to only gain 200 rpm and continue to maintain efficiency, you should see about 200 rpm and 2 mph. We can definitely try the Rev 4 props if you like but the B1's seem to be doing a good job. I'm not sure how you can achieve upper 60's unless you remove some weight. Engine height can play a factor too on these boats. At 10% slip, we will need to adjust the HP to weight ratio.

Re: Brett Anderson; Props Selection Donzi 38ZFC
Thanks for the feedback. Will try Bravo I, 24P lab finished this weekend. Lets see if there are any improvements. By the way the RPM with current Bravo I 22P unfinished is right at 6100 (60MP top speed). So lets see.
Thanks again for your feedback.
