Best Prop 30 ft Scarab twin outboards

Guys,
I am new to OSO, but I have been reading a ton of previous threads I love the forum! I just bought at the end of May a new 2007 Scarab Tournament CC with twin Yami 250's. The boat has so far been great, but I miss my old Formula 271. The room I now have is great, and this boat really is "turn key", but I think with different props I can hit 60mph. Right now I am bouncing off 57mph now at 5900 revs with 23 inch 3 blade props, the boat shoots onto plane without even needing to use the trim tabs as it is. Am I leaving a few MPH on the table. What should I be running as these days I mostly do a lot of off shore fishing, and going to Atlantic City in the ocean. Every MPH counts! Thanks guys

Yamaha F 250 hp 4 stroke motors that is how it is written on www.wellcraft.com under 30ft tournament. The boat is a great all around boat imo. Thanks for the help, and I don't have any pics on my work laptop right now.

I'm assuming you are running Yamaha props?

3 blade propellers often give the best top end. Labbing a set of Mirage Plus propellers may be the best way to get to the 60 mark.

Yes Yamaha stock props. What would that cost, and what size should I go with. I really just want to hit 60, as long as I do not give up too much on the low and mid range.

25 Lab Finished Mirage Plus propellers. $805 per propeller includes the hub kits. We would need to discuss the recipe first.
