What can I say, Baja's love 3 blade propellers! Dennis told people for years, I have been telling people for years and other are learning that 3 blade propellers work great on Baja's. (shhhhhh don't tell any one)

Now that being said, larger Baja's can benefit from multi blade propellers if the goals change and if the HP is BIG.

Custom Labbing of the 3 blade props may be the next move.

That will be $500

I think what Julie may have meant was, anywhere under 15% is acceptable on a hull such as your's.

My thoughts are, Lab the Mirage Plus props. You have rpm room to grow and 1.5 mph is definately in reach.
Exactly Brett. Many boats will perform out of the normal range, but again this is indeed a case by case situation. For instance, newer Fountains run their fastest with a higher % of slip. And I to have worked many a Baja with very low slip numbers...below the 10% with a 3B propeller.
