bblades

Is there anyway i can do that with out dropping the lower units, ?can i just swap the props?

at 5600 with 24 bravo's i get 61.2 trimmed and the 25 mirage 63.9 to 64.2 at 5300 rpms trimmed with the 23 tempest at 5800 i get 64.but i get chine walking.

those numbers are turning out.with that extra 300 rpms how much speed increase would that increase.

Because the clutch dog engagement is different with outboards and not as strong in reverse, I wouldn't suggest just switching the propellers from engine to engine. You really need to swap the cases. This is a pretty simple operation for any marine mech.

by doing this would should i try with a smaller pitch prop or same 25 would be the ok.

how much does 300 rpms equal to speed.

Your props will work great for the experiment and because the attitude of the boat will change, the R's may come up some too (they should).

300 rpm can give 0-5+ mph depending on the efficiancy of the set up.
