Running 23 Pitch Stainless Steel Props.
Trimmed out to the max ,full tank of fuel six people on board, 69 Mph RPm's 5300.
Half tank of fuel , two people on boat same RPM's 73 Mph
I want to keep the motors around 4800 or 4900.

Default props twin 502ci

For each number pitch up you should loose about 200rpm's I would think that if you check around your area for a prop shop that would let you try out differnt blades start with a set of 24p 4blades that should bring your revs down and less slip and more mid range to top end if reves are still to high go to a set of 26p my guess is you should be perty happy with the out come all around. when you talk to the shop give them the speed/rpm's of the props your useing and tell them what you want your boat to do they can calulate numbers and give you the answer.

Switch to 4 bldes.

You really need to make a call to a prop pro- Hydromotive, BBlades, Throttle Up, etc. There's alot more to the relationship between the props and boat performance than just pitch.

Call us anytime and we can discuss your set up and goals. We also have a test propeller program second to none. It is inexpensive and dosn't require you to purchase anything.
