Default Mirage Plus vs Mirage Plus Racing?

Noticed on mercruiser website there are two versions of the Merc Mirage Plus prop. It didn't have a description. Called Bam- which directed me to the go-fast website. which didn't even list the "racing" version.
pretty sure it is not a mirage plus w/ lab finish.

Anyone know the scoop is on the two? What the difference is between them (aside from the $426 difference)?

it says on the web site that the mirage plus racing is labbed for 50+ MPH applications, 300-600HP V hulls.

That's the description on mercracing.com for the "Mirage Plus".
What website did you find your info?

If I had to guess, its just what the name sez. It's designed for Plus-Sized people who like to race their boat! It makes sense also, it would take at least 300-600 hp to get them over 50!!!

Yeah, I hear you. I've been thinking about trying a 29 Mirage Plus,
saw the "Mirage Plus Racing" version. Sounds different then labbed
and on the site, labbing was extra - about $160 a blade.

Still curious but no big deal.
