prop's for twin outboard vee bottom
The boat is a 27 Activator I currently have for sale and I currently have 24 big ear choppers on. The boat is a 27 with 2.4 200 merc's massaged to 245's. the motors sit on manual jack plates and stainless marine bracket . the boat accelerates great and handles great up to 70-72 with the tabs down and motors tucked in and when i start to lift the tabs a little and try to trim up it gets loose . what is the best set up for this application . I want to set it up right for the next owner. here is a picture of the back of the boat .

The choppers that I have are the props that came with the boat when i first bought it. I would spin the 24's to high so we had them pitched to 25 and added cup and it did not help . The r's came down a bit , but the handling with any trim or tab lift and it got worse.

Choppers create mega bow lift. Raising the motors (with enough water press.) may help. Also 4 blade props could also be a good sustitute.

Bravo 1's Labbed at 14.5" diameter was what I was thinking of. Q4X's are another option.
