Twin 496mag HO's w/ B3's & X drives...Prop pitch change REQUiRED?

Just bought this boat where lake elevation is over 6000ft. Plan to boat in Oklahoma at barely 630ft above sea level. Survey report suggested repitching the props so as not to over stress the engines? Is this true? I do not know the current pitch, but boat was set up for it's previous location at higher elevation???

Thanks.
