Something like a 26 Bravo 1 to get a good baseline. With the propshaft 1" below the bottom, you may need a 5 blade just to get on plane, or maybe some spacers.

I don't think a 6 blade is the best idea. I'd like to see a 4 blade do the trick because the boat attitude at WOT will be better than the 5 and 6 blade.

Let us know when your ready and we will send you some test props. With base line numbers and seat of the pants observations, wew can determine the beat route for your goals.

I had a 496magho this summer with the drive 3" lower (no box) turning 4950-5000rpm with a stock 26" bravo It was no problem getting on plane , No dragboat of course :-) but iam looking for topspeed and midrange ! Iam a little worried about the driveheight cause its a heavy boat with small hp-numbers ! But i will give it a try !

I am going to try some stock B1s (that i already have) I was looking at the maximus or the Hydro p-x5 ( never tried a 5-blade or more , But if you say 4 blades i will go with that I was thinking of contacting you anyway !!

You can spin the 525efi up about another 400rpms more than you were with the 496ho mag, so I would try that prop an dgo from there. If you can get on plane and hit the rev limiter, then go to a 28 B1 and try that.
