Default Props will not Fit??

Hi, I purchased a couple of 30 p bravo 1 4 blade labbed props for my 2007 32' Sunsation with bravo I x drives. The same that it came with but labbed. I cannot slide the one piece hub onto the shaft Part number showing on the hub is 840237-C. Fits nice in the props but a no go on the shaft splines don't seem to match up. Any help would be greatly appreciated

You should be able to take the inserts out of your old props and use them. I know the XR uses a different insert than a standard bravo. Not sure about the bravo x.

Your drive probably has a 1 1/4in shafts and the hub kit on your new props are for a 1in shaft. Just get a hub kit for a 1 1/4shaft and you should be good to go.

Thanks Dave M and Craper6. I just used the hubs out of my other 30's and no issues. Part # for the hub that does fit is 850821-1. Thanks again

On that note how much rpm increase should I see with labbed 30's instead of the stock 30's. Presently running 4900rpm, need a little bump

Maybe 200-300rpm gain.
