Default Prop Suggestions

As you can tell from my other thread in this section I lost a prop this weekend, so now I want to research if I should move to a different prop/size to optimize performance.

37 Outerlimits HP500 boat (stock) with bravo one drives, am currently running bravo 4 blade 28P. Never paid much attention to top end so I have no idea what my wide open RPM was, and now that I'm missing a prop I can't test it. Just wondering for those of you who have experience with similar boats what props were you running? Would I gain anything by moving to a different brand like hydromotive? Love to hear suggestions on different prop brands as well like bravo, maximus, etc.

Pretty critical information. Cant give suggestions without that info. Probably best to replace the lost prop with same one, and go from there.

Thats what I was thinking, I'm shopping for a used RH prop now. One I find the right hand I'll keep that one and my original LH as a spare set. Still interested in hearing others experiences and suggestions on what else I should try.

Have Labbed more B1 props for these than any other casting. Have done some Hering 5blade and Maximus 5blade set ups too when the X dimension prompted us to. These did handle better but the 4 blade speed is better when the slip stays in the 10% range.
