I agree with Launchpad. You are propped right for the motor and a stock heat with HO motor will run just under 70 not over. My stock 2010 Rage runs a 26p merc stock 4 blade to 75 and on the rev limiter at sea level. Your Heat is much heavier by about a 1000lbs. Some Rages can run a 28p at sea level with additional top speed gains if it is labbed. I think you should be happy with those numbers. I would be.
