Most chine walking will be correctable with counter steering, If you don't already have the feel for this you will need to learn it before getting out of control.
You may be able to trim down slightly but you have to be careful with too much hull in the water at high speeds hull may want to pull side to side. (different than chine walk)
Just be sure anything you do you ease into it, things can go wrong fast at those kind of speeds

Thanks for the info and I agree. Thank goodness for full hydro steering and yes it does act pretty decent with a little steering control. More time will tell.
