Default Hallett 210 24P vs Labbed 26P

My Dad has a Hallett 210 with a 496 HO that spins a 24P prop that would hit the rev limiter until he had extra cup added, since then he pulls right to it but does not hit the limiter. He’s looking at buying a labbed 26P. Do yall think it would help out the top end of the boat?
