Default castle washer not seating against props

Hi , I just traded for a new to me boat ( Mirage Intimidator 27' twin 350 magnums alpha drives) with a whole list of unkown problems lol.
one of my issues is with the props have end play when installed on shafts almost an 1/8". props are quicksilver mirage( 4813704a4023p and 4813705a4023p, thrust washers i have are 77897 and i have stepped castle washers that are bottoming before coming against prop. So do i need a washer here or different thrust washer or ? Thanks for your time. sent this to BBlades as well.

You likely need at least one washer in there, maybe 2.

There is also a "cupped" washer that should be your last washer. It does the same thing as a split-lock washer. It's cupped so you it mashes down a slight bit and adds tension to the threads. I'm sorry, I don't know part numbers, but I'm sure the prop shop you talk to can help.

jekyl,

I believe we have taken care of this awhile ago?

Sydwayz, The belleview washer you are talking about is only on the HD kits. This set up wouldn't use that.

Thanks,
Brett

No still have issue going to pick up my hubs on weekend and then try them. I pressed out old hub still have to pick up my new ones then press them in. Still have questions about early square bore mirage . Will torqflow hubs fit? Was going to try and update thread for future use.

You should be able to use the flotorq in the old square bore.
