Default Prop selection help

I have a crownline 202BR with a volvo sx drive 1.6 ratio. motor is a 383 sbc prop is a 21p Rapture. top speed was 59mph on GPS when it hit the rev limiter that's set at 5500.
I'd like to hold it down to 4800 - 5000rpm range. I'd like some prop suggestions. The holeshot was pretty amazing so I'm hoping not to kill that more top end would be great.
Thanks,

4 blade props work well on the Volvo SX drives, Also a note is that Solas Props is the OEM manufacturer for Volvo props of the SX drives. Solas Props is the largest manu for marine OEM's in the world, They make good props for apps under 400 hp. I have a lot time time in Volvo 's and prop testing from Four Winns, Crownlines, Chris Crafts, Cobalts, Glastrons and so on of Volvo apps.

I am dealer for many props including Solas. IMO for the money (stock)Solas Props is hard to beat for very mild performance and down boats especially Rec boats.

FYI Also Solas makes some Merc smaller Aluminum props for them.
Honda, Suzuki, Nissan, Volvo, some for Evinrude (BRP), and more Solas makes all their Props for.

I would get rid of the Michigan Wheel Rapture 4 sure they are very average at best.

BUP the drive is from 98 welcraft. The crownline is a 2000 The Rapture prop came on the drive.I have heard the 4 blade props have a slower top end. is that true? Im guessing my motor is around 400ish HP Would you have a used prop option?

you have a 20 ft boat with a 8 6 beam but narrow in the front and wide as you go back in the rear - = heavy in the stern.

actually the 202 IMO is too lite in the bow and can ride like that in rough water. You need a prop to carry the bow not too high but good enough and help lift in the stern with your boat and or move some weight around or take some stern weight out.

Some 4 blades can out perform 3 blades even in top speed depending on whats going on with the ride of a hull. The older SX are the size / foot print just as big as Bravo and heavy (again more stern weight in your 20 ft boat) -

A lot of Bravo apps use and like the Bravo I (4 blade) in which most cases stock out of the box out performs Merc 3 blade props. Just saying as an example about 4 blade props for a jist of info.

But, I'd be happy to have a quote for what you'd recommend for a prop. Let me know how I can get ahold of you. Thanks

I will be on plane tomorrow and then on my way from there to pull 2 engines out of a boat. Maybe 7 pm tomorrow nite or Wed 7 pm. If not, I should be back in town Friday. Thanks. John
