Default Bravo I prop worked?

I bought this prop and I don't think it is stock. It has all the normal Bravo I markings but it also has two addition stamps between a set of blades. Taking a shot in the dark but can anyone tell where or who might have done work to this?

Looks like it was welded by the stamping.

Somebody has had their hands on the prop because of the stampings.
This photo is not enough to make a determination as to what might have been done.
Repair or modifications.
