Any sneak pics of this hull boat yet? Type of performance and rough idea of speeds with 1000's and 6's? Cabin layout? Thanks John

I wish, there have been so many things running through my pea brain. Parn knows I want one. i think that there is already orders for 2. I honestly feel that the combination now to make a hard core bad ass old school 47 with modern amenities, that the public will dig is in the right hands.

Hi Guys
Happy New Year. Hope everyone had a nice holiday. The mold is done after three months of straightening and finishing except for the notch which is finished this week. We will hopefully start on the first one next week. I will post pics along the way.
As for specs we think staggered 1075's will make her run just over 100 and cabin layout will be anything desired, except 7 foot headroom. We assume most cabins will be half cabins with a head, storage, bench seats and a full bed. Performance in rough water will be as assumed and we think it will trun pretty good too. Rob, hope to see ya in the spring. NK

Re: Saber 47

NK,

How big of a Stagger will ya run on the 47' Saber?

I know alot of the race set-up's run the 18" center to center.
But does that kind of length decide the numbers or is it just preference?

I heard OuterLimits runs a 24" on there faster boats for stability, but thats also in excess of 130 mph and with step bottom hulls.

Thanks
Jon
