SCARAB RAIDERS - I beleive they made a 34' and a 38' I would love to get my hands on a 34' with twin V8 outboards! but I will settle for what I have now until I run across one

my ride now is a 1988 28' scarab excel.

Not sure what the different suffix's stand for? Sprints were smaller 18 & 22 I think. Great question, there are some very knowledgable and helpful people in this forum I 'm sure you will get the question answered.

A 28' excel is a 26' with a built-in swim platform all are single engine. As for the Larry smith they are completely different built in Calif. as opposed to wellcraft ones built in FLA. I think they made some other excels 31 and 34 which also had an attached fiberglass platform. Before this the 31 and 33 Scarabs had a teak. hope this helps,
