Looking for a Scarab Excel 28

Hi all,

Does anyone know of any Excel 28 1988-90 that is for sale. Preferably with some extra hp (around 500+) and Kevlar hull, but anything goes.

The ones I found for sale here on OSO were posted 2001-2003, I assume they are long gone...

How about this one. Its been completly re riged.
Has a new 600 Hp 454 with blower and inter cooler, Motor is in shop being built.

Bravo drive , upper unit has 65 hours , lower drive is a imco 2" shorty only 20 hours.

280s K planes , dual ram Imco steering with a 8" drive extension,

All New custom interior in and out , Hi back race bucket seats with Scarab logo . Custom catpet with scarab logo.

All new Gaffrig gauges and ****ches.

Wood stringers and bolk heads were replaced with a composit material . Deck and hull were bonded and through bolted with a backing plate. Boat is solid as a rock .

Here is a Scarab for around $12,000.00 with engine. I have seen this boat not vary nice...... Good Luck

I will definetly keep your one in mind. Do you have any more pictures of the rigging: engine, transom and some of the interior and cockpit?!

Thanks - but I'm looking for one in a much better condition than that one

. Especially the tractor engine - aka 454 330hp sounds a bit too boring...

Been there - done that.
