I've got a scarab 29 2000, tw 350 300hp with standard mirage 23 , running 66 mph in soft water at 4900rpm.
I wiil try mirage plus 23 and expect 68 mph

With twin 350's on a 29 Scarab from around mid 90's till 2000 you should be doing on GPS around 68 at 4800rpm.

Unless the 350's are 377's with blowers and blackhawk drives, then it's a scary 90+mph ride...................

Re: 29 scarab speeds? what do you do?
I'm just trying to ger a handle on how I'm doing performance wise with my 94 29. I'm running carbed 350 mags , alphas , 23 pitch laser 2's , 61 mph@46-4700 r's on the gps. My bud has a 96 with mpi's , bravos , 23p mirage plus's and runs like 68 on the gps @ 5000. Guess that is right with the equipment I have. Thanks for the replys!
