2000 with twin 350 MPI's, 67.5 on GPS and have only seen it once. Boat has only 60 hours but don't think that makes a difference. Running stock 23" Mirage +. Tried 25" Mirage + labbed, but ran slower.

Your probably about right. stock motors don't make enough power to turn 25 pitch props, already been there done that.
