Default Wind shield

Does any body know where I can get a windshield or my 1999 38 Scarab,,,,haveing a hard time getting one

If it's plexiglass. Try a TAP plastic dealer. Sometimes you can order it made.

Get a Lexan one instead of Plexiglass if your going to make it custom.

Default Acrylic Vs Lexan

Lexan is better than acrylic in the event of a stuff because it won't shatter. However, it scratches easier and goes milky with humidity unless it's coated. If the pieces are not formed you can use Lexan MR (Marr resistant) which solves the problem.

Just go to the dealer (Wellcraft) and order it.I just ordered one for my 1998 P-38 and it cost about $670.00 with shipping(I get a discount at my dealer{$132}).Should take a totoal of 6 weeks.I havent received mine yet but should be soon.Mike

I agree, if you can't get one from Wellcraft, use the mold to make a lexan one. Did mine on my Scarab 1 and the total cost was $900
