Re: 29 Scarab Single power

I looked at a 2000 29 Scarab with a single 502Mag/415hp Bone stock motor with a buddy last summer. In lake St. Clair MI water we were able to get 64.2gps with 3 people and 1/2 Tank of fuel. (max speed) 62gps seemed like a all over speed we were able to get in most every water.

Mine is in the post with a whipple and extension box. I haven't heard of too many limitations on them. Mine probably will run in the 80's when I get her tweeked in. I luv the single engine ones. It runs in big water great and the maintenance is low!
