Bow Eye on 1990 31' Excel

The bow I on my 31 is loose. I was wandering if anyone knows how to get at it without cutting a hole through the V-Berth. I've looked everwhere and can't find any access.

I hope you find out, Mine is slightly loose as well.. I am also wanting to remove my bow rails- - - I think the headliner, side trim an front v-birth trim will need to come out.
