31 scarab
I've got a 91, it has the fridge and enclosed head. 454 mags, has more room under the hatch than you would expect.

1989 Scarab 31 Excel
I have an 89 31 Excel with stock 454's. It will run around 65 on radar. The dry weight is around 7400 lbs. No refridgertor on mine, it has the ice cooler instead. I am very happy with this boat. I'd like to be able to spend more money on a newer boat but I just don't use it enough to justify the cost.

My mate has a '93 31' kevlar Thunder with 502s & does 80mph. It's a real weapon & sounds fantastic too. It's up for sale but I don't think you'd want to travel the distance to buy it.

Read you on that one B.U.B. I imported my 34 3 years ago & it cost me near AU$25000. Still, that's what we down here have to go through if we want to drive opbs. There isn't much of a market for it here.
