I started "asking" around for interest on my 31' Scarab about 2 years ago at 45k. I dropped to 41 then 37 obo then after a few months at about 35 it sold at 32.5 in April just in time to buy my 38'. I figured I could "hold out" for 35-37 but for what? Just to have the boat I didn't want anymore for another year? Let it go, glad to be into my new boat. Good luck to you . Mike
