Boatless
The Miami Vice 38KV is still a great looking boat, one of my all time faves. The lines, paint, arc, engine hatces, etc...are timeless.

Wellcraft/Scarab/Larry Smith really created some great looking boats from the 21ft-46ft. They had a great run, to bad they still don't make a few boats on a limited production.

1984 Scarab 1

Does anybody else out there have one of these `84 Scarab 1`s. I was just wondering if they were aware of the production run in `84. They didn`t come out with the Scarab 1 until `85. This was a pre-production model with the IN# ending in 84. I talked to Wellcraft in Florida around 1991 and they said there were only 25 of the pre-production models made. There were very few changes when the `85 Scarab 1 came out. Just wondering if there was anyone that could help me with this information. I would like to think that Wellcraft wasn`t blowing smoke. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You have an extremely good taste in color combo for your Scarab.
