Found this on ebay today.

Good looking boat but dayuum, black? that's got to be hot. Other than the black and the 'mo seat the boat looks pretty good.

I onced owned a boat just that---all black 1981 KAAMA SE with gold interior and accent stripes, TRS drives, Merc 330hp/454cid engines that we warmed up to about 425hp.

my thoughts exactly. I have had black cars and trucks before. They do get hot to touch and the interior gets that nice extra hot feeling. It's a great looking boat. Good luck with sale

1981 wellcraft scarab 377 Kaama special edition
This boat was originally from lower michigan. It was called awlbidness III, and was black with a gold stripe along the top and gold interior. My grandfather and I picked it up from Cedar Point Ohio in 1990. I really hate to part with it, but I don't use it much and really don't have time to putter with it. I'll probably kick myself later!
By the way Yes the black is very hot, but it really draws a crowd. Last week there were a dozen people looking at the Kaama and not even one looking at the new formula 38 down the dock in Door County Wi. Scarabs Rule!

Yes, there is a look about a flat deck that the new boats just lack!! I feel your pain. Only 65 hrs on mine since our purchase in 98. Never any time!! Good luck with the sale.
