I have 900 hp. And as the tourque come on the prop cavatates I am trying to spend a 30 pitch bravo 4 blade.
Ant thought any help would be great Thanks....
I have the same problem getting on plane but once it is up and running it seems to be fine . Running 1 inch shorty 30 props & 750 hp each . I to would like to fix this problem .
Thanks Jeff , But I only have a single. And the boat runs very well with some of my fat friends in the back seat. So would that mean that I need a spacer in there? And a bravo 1 for now. imco xr drive next month.
THOUGHTS ????
I had a 29 single engine with 820hp with a 1 inch shorty and had no problem getting on plane with a 26 bravo one spinning 5800 rpm what are turning rpm wise?
I have only spun the motor up to 5200 and the prop slipage is horable. What was your prop slipage ? And was that a 3 or 4 blade prop ? And thank you for responding:cool :
at what rpm range is peak horsepower and peak torque? my prop was 26 pitch 4 blade if you are using a 3 blade it will never work with that much hp in that heavy of a boat in a single engine application. where is your propshaft in relation to bottom of the hull?
