    Thumbs down 30' scarab

    1 have a 1995 scarab single 502 which sold as a 30' but i can find no info on a 30' so is it a 29? also when i run for an hour or so oil pressure drops and rpm drop down to 2800 fron 4700 idles great doesnt heat up just no power any ideas

    no 30' scarab inboards in 1995...its either a 29' or a 31' and there is a big difference between those 2...im guessing its a 29' if it only has a single big block because I've never heard of a 31' with only one motor...

    There is some serious problem going on there. Losing 1900RPM is a big deal. What is the oil temp?? Not your water temp, those are 2 different things. And I if you are running for an hour at 4700 I'm surprised it is still running.
