Anyone have the dimensions or cad? I probably can get some lazer or water jetted. Shoot I could might be able print them in 2 pieces on my 3D printer. It's nice to whip up some one offs of anything you need or prototype with printer.

I'm working on getting these into production that are on the side of my boat. But I'm looking at a pretty good penny a set. I know everyone would want to get them as cheap as possible but what would someone pay for these? Cut out of stainless and figure about $100 more for custom color powder coated. Mine are "pepsi" blue.

Slinky, How much are you talking about? What about making them out of aluminum to save some cost? I just need a bare set. I am going to powder coat them to match my windshield.

Mine are on their way to Dan at Archer, he is either making mine out of stainless or aluminum. Would carbon fiber be an option?
