Default Miami Vice Scarab 38KV Cheap.......

Found this on our 38KV Scarab FB site via one of our members....thought I would pass it along.

I could use the center bow rail and race hatch, the Arch is already gone. Could be a project boat for the right person?

I talked to the guy on the phone today and yes there is not much left. According to him the engine caught fire and burned up the whole bilge, cockpit and started into the cabin. Really the only usuable parts would be the trim tabs. bow rail, exhaust tips and cleats. The rest is junk. Jay is right, the guy does think he has a gem. Told me the exhaust is worth $2000.
I was looking at it for the hatches but it looks like they both fell thru the deck or someone took them out for some reason, and one of them it missing glass and the bars are bent/broken. Randy, it makes me wonder what condition the bow rail is in.

Here is the link I was sent that shows

What were your thoughts on the boat when you seen it.
I saw it late in the day and was almost dark.
Would the hull be still good or what could one do with it
