High speed or low speed?
Movement in the wheel?
Tough or hard to turn the wheel?

i think i just needed a little more time behind the wheel, the boat is very trim sensitive and steers alot quicker than my old boat (88 scarab excel)

jefro,

I don't seem to have that problem with my 29.

Mine has a single 502. I don't know if it makes a difference. I also have installed a full twin ram IMCO hydraulic steering on mine.

I can't remember if I had that problem with my stock system.

I can tell you one thing. The IMCO is unbeleivable!!!
