I appreciate all the info guys. Thanks Canuck for the links to the videos. I met the guy at the shop earlier today who was delivering the materials from dave. I just gotta get some hardener and I'll be ready to make some headway. I'll be shooting to put this boat in the water summer of 2018. We'll see how it goes.

Everything's ok, I've been busy the last 3 months or so with work and other stuff. The shops been crazy busy. I am getting geared up to work on it now. I talked to rick at arneson this morning about my setup. I will be needing extension boxes. I wanted to confirm I'm good to go ahead and put the engine bay stringers back like they were and the transom back blank before I will need the boxes.

I bought this from a guy on one of the Facebook powerboat groups. I had it framed at hobby lobby and have it hanging in the office now. Such an awesome job and a really cool looking boat. A kaama tribute boat with a full cockpit would be cool...

Finally able to some more today. I set up a laser centerline and datum line line and cut out the forward cockpit bulkhead. I hope to get it and the transom replaced this week. I'm looking ford to finally getting some progress done on this boat...

Nice work up to now! Why are you using reinforcement wood on top above the hull instead of screwed wood in between the hull?

Are you talking about screwing wood across the floor pieces on each side? I don't think I need that. Its stable and nothing has moved. I think I'm in good shape. I have the hull supported on the outside chines and at the center of the hull in several places.
