Default NXT1 on Scarab 33 AVS

Hi I would need help with my Drive setup, I'm currently re rigging my 33AVS Scarab with MercRacing 700 SCi engines rebuild by Sterlig with 850hp each, I decided to go with NXT1 drives but currently I'm bit buzzled about the X dim.
What would be the optimal Xdim for my boat, I will drive with 17" diam 37" pitch CNC cleavers.
Also as changing from Bravo XR to NXT1, the difference of the actual drive height is also interesting me, I'm assuming it to be -1"?

I have seen both suggestions to go high (how high? 2 inch?) or keep it low so I have challenges to decide whom to believe

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Use SCX's. The NXT drive and transmission both are junk. The transmission shifts horribly and the drive is inefficient.

Well the issue is that SCX will not endure the power/torque I have, and the efficiency compared bravo type drive is for sure better...820 lb/ft torgue and 850hp power... but lets see...

SCX will handle it.
