Default Wellcraft Scarab 3000

I have the opportunity to buy a Scarab 3000 build in 1979. It should be a project and is equiped with TRS Drives and two BBC.
the boat will be very cheap but I dont know how wellcraft build their boats at this time. Do they build in solid fiberglas or do they use sandwich if so I am a little bit angry about rotting between the glas. Any input would be helpfull for my decision. What I have to look for to be sure this will not be a never ending story.
Thx
Andrée

Thumbs up scarab

It is an all glass hull,Heavy and rides in the rough pretty good.As heavy as maybe a late model 33 or 35.
