963b: Thanks, through a lot of tedious work, including repalcing the transom, I fabricated it myself. It has held up extremely well over 10 yrs. of use. I do get a lot of compliments on it. It even has an enclsed head now too!
MikeyFIN: To the best of my knowledge, the NiNJA never was offered with a FG windscreen. May be wrong, but I'd bet $$ on it.
Ahhh.....I think you may be wrong.....think back to your old yellow Stingray????

Gimme your Money then
Iīve known Sakis boat since it came from the factory, and YES it has had a fiberglass screen from factory.
Itīs also a Kevlar Ninja.
(Yes Iīve checked the serial numbers on it too).
The screen has even Wellcraft logos on it if memory serves correct.

Mikey,
I can't be 100% sure (like I am on the windscreen) but I think all Ninjas were kevelar. Mine is, and I witnessed that upon drilling into the transom.
And , yes, there is a raised portion just in front of the dash, which was all integral tot he original layup. It did have the word SCARAB on it, but this was to provide some room in the cabin in the sitting area. They had the aluminum, flat glassed windsheild on all of them. I built mine up just about 2" shorter than the original glass height. I'll try and get some before and after pictuures and post.
I'll need that $$ now.......

Uh, yeah, but that was past last weekend so...How do you know of the the old Stingray?
I used to boat with you when you had the Stingray...I put the cardboard "Formula" on your Stingray. You have ridden on my old Formula 272 SR1....and you were looking for a Formula, hense the cardboard sign. Now do you know who this is??

So you ainīt betting anything about that FG fairing..FYI itīs 100% identical to the ones on a 38KV.
Look at the pics Saki provided.
Hmm All Ninjas Kevlar reinforced then....there might be some finds if one wants a fast boat...A Ninja hull blueprinted some nice 496/502īs maybe blown and sportmaster drives if Bravos are original if TRS then Konrad or why not a TRS or Bravo Arneson conversion...
