Ya Have Twins And Ya Loose One ?

Will a 29 scarab with stock 350 mpi's and bravo 1's come on plane with only one engine. And if so do you come in that way or do you limp home ?

Re: Ya Have Twins And Ya Loose One ?

It may do it but it will be real hard on the other drive.
I tried it once with my 34 and I could get it on plane but I was almost at WOT with the other engine.

Re: Ya Have Twins And Ya Loose One ?

I tried it with my 30' but it seemed to work the other engine to hard and I knew it was hard on the drive so I really didn't try it to long.

Limp home before you break other things.

Re: Ya Have Twins And Ya Loose One ?

I can stay on plane with one engine, but I can't get on plane with one engine. If i burn up a sea pump, I'll use it long enough to get on plane, kill it, and take it out of gear.
