It's not counter rotating and the shifter boot...

It's not counter rotating and the shifter boot split in half. Is it possible when I put it in gear it never engaged?

Alpha 1 stuck

Having to replace the bellows on a alpha 1 gen 1 and im unable to get the outdrive off. Put the gear in the forward position, 6 nuts, and the rams are off. It is stopped at one inch and wont come...

I bought a Chris Craft 260 Stinger this year that needs alot of restoring, but it's the only way for me to go bigger next time. Buy a boat that you love and deal with what it brings.

The boat is an 89 Chris Craft 260 and I want to repaint a red area around the hatch on the nose. Is it possible to brush it on and still get a good result? Thanks Dave for the info.

It has the 5.7 Mercs with the alpha 1. The boats interior is in poor shape, but everything else is in very good shape. I plan on keeping this one for awhile so it will be all redone eventually.
