First off, don't dive onto the props nor use them to climb aboard. Can you use a 5 gallon bucket or something similar wirh a bungee to cover them while swimming?

Differing nipple lengths will get you there as well with threaded 90s and barbs . You will need more fittings but no welding, if thats an issue.

He thought the engine was toast before I said I'd have a look at it for him, so if in fact it leaks after I replace the freeze plugs he's only out my time and 15 bucks for 2 plugs. The oil is right...

I think it only pertains to manufactures that produce in volume. BUPS new build is a custom one off and no cats on that .

a little background, took it out the other day stated up ran great , took a 10 mile ride upriver and shut down to float . No start....

I have a 95 merc with a 502 efi that wont run in idle position, so I'm thinking the iac is bad. I removed the flame arrestor but the throttle body wont budge. What am I missing here? Do the 4 studs...
