Ok yes you nailed it. I just found a diagram of full closed cooling and the cooler has 2 ports receiving from the risers. Im debating but leaning towards teeing them together and doing half cooled....

Poured water into the cap today and was able to figure out that C is one end of the closed cooled loop, D and E are the other.
A and B are the raw water loops.

Im not sure why these have 2 ports...

I definitely want to add a 2nd power steering pump. Blew a fuel pump on the stbd motor on Labor Day 2021, was drifting towards a dock and ended up busting a steering cable trying to turn the drives....
