I believe 496 ho's were in 2001 not 502's. Nothing wrong with 502's but probably not original motors.

Gaffrig liquid filled monster speedo gauge is leaking HELP!

Called livorsi and they don't repair the old gauges. Will this speedo still work after the liquid is gone and what are my options?

Jeez I hate to ruin your fun, but you really should be running mirage plus's. They are definitely faster and unless you are running shorty drives or have a non-factory x dimension will work better...

I also believe the hook is there to keep the boat stable at speed. Fountain doesn't even put twin bbc's in their 29's. Baja is one manufactuer who has a stable enough hull to install the big blocks...
